The challenge
The operator wanted customers to self-serve: extend their own bookings, have card payments captured securely, and receive automated reminders — all integrated with their existing booking system, and all without creating a security headache.
What we did
We built a booking API portal with a secure server-side proxy architecture, so sensitive operations and credentials never sat in the browser. It handles booking extensions, secure card capture, and automated SMS reminders, working against the operator’s existing system rather than replacing it.
The result
Customers extend their own bookings and pay securely without phoning the office, and automated reminders cut down on no-shows and admin chasing. The sensitive parts stay safely server-side.
